I am going with my gut, and I am actually hoping I'm wrong here so that I don't kill the challenge before it begins for everyone. But isn't that sign attached to Backlot Express?
Seems to me that you nailed it already, that was going to be my guess...
Another possibility would be the cool stop Coke station just outside the exit to Test Track. The one that looks like a car wash with whirling brushes and mist sprays...
